Fresh regional food of best quality are the raw materials with which our kitchen team presents modern, light and varied dishes. It is our chefs' concern to combine enjoyment and healthy nutrition. With this claim we want to spoil our guests every day not only culinary, but also vital.
For our consistent regional concept in the use of food, we have been awarded a "Lion" by the Ministry for Rural Areas and Consumer Protection Baden-Württemberg and the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA).
For breakfast service we have our restaurant open from Monday to Saturday from 06:30h to 09:00h.
For the lunch service we have our restaurant open from Monday to Saturday from 11:45h to 13:45h and
for the evening service we are open from Monday to Friday from 18:00h to 20:00h.
On open Sundays and holidays, the opening hours may vary. We are happy to arrange individual times on request.
Our rich breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared with delicious, fresh and local products. For lunch and dinner, a daily changing buffet with a large selection of fresh salads and raw vegetables, creative appetizers, a changing soup of the day and delicious creations of fish and meat with corresponding side dishes and desserts - according to taste for personal menu design. |
From Monday to Friday from 19:00h, relax after your successful day at work in an elegantly casual atmosphere. In our bistro we accompany you through the evening with refreshing cocktails, a selection of local beers, a wine recommendation or a dish from our menu. Let the day end in nice company and enjoy, for example, warm summer evenings with a sundowner on the terrace with a view of the beautiful garden or let your eyes wander to the Karlsruhe Oberwald.
